Welcome to Glencairn’s School Council.
Glencairn is fortunate to have strong parent support and involvement. Our School Council meets the second Tuesday of each month from 6:00-7:30 and new members are always welcome. This dedicated group of parents, community members and staff work collaboratively to provide opportunities for our students and our school. Fundraising, volunteering, and parent workshops are just some of the ways that our school council works hard to support our students.
Did you know that the Glencairn library has a dedicated section of resources for parents? Thanks to the hard work of School Council, we have been able to obtain a number of grants to purchase books, videos and DVDs on a variety of topics. Come into the library and check out our parent resource section.
